Your first 10 paid orders are free for the life of your store; after that the platform fee is a flat ₹10 per paid order, invoiced to you and never added to your buyer's bill. Refunds
You can initiate refunds directly from the PayInBio dashboard — the request is processed via Razorpay and reflected in your customer notifications and order history.
