What if I already have a PayInBio store?

The self-service store builder has closed. Read the closure notice for help with orders or data. The managed-website service is optional, and your store will not move automatically.

Do I need to know how to build a website?

No. Bring your business details, goals and any content you already have. We scope the design and build, and can quote ongoing care separately.

How soon can my website go live?

It depends on the pages, features and content you need. We confirm a launch timeline after reviewing your brief and getting the required content and account access.

Can you build exactly what I have in mind?

Tell us what you need. We’ll agree what the website should do, then send a written quote for the build and any ongoing care before work starts.

What if I stop ongoing care?

We agree any ongoing care, cancellation, hosting and handover terms in writing before you accept a quote. Your domain, payment and AI provider accounts stay in your name. Sending an enquiry starts no subscription.

Can my website include AI?

Yes, when it has a useful role. We can scope a simple assistant or workflow around your business. The integration is optional, and AI usage is billed directly through your own provider account. More involved work is quoted separately.
