PayInBio is changing.
Here’s what it means for your store.
We are retiring the self-service storefront and dashboard service. We do not have enough paying users to cover its running costs, and we can no longer fund that service.
Save your store information
The planned closing date is 24 September 2026 at 11:59 pm IST, subject to giving existing users seven full days of notice. Your closure email will confirm the deadline.
- Save your product files, order records and customer details.
- Move any storefront links you still use.
- Settle outstanding orders and let your customers know how to contact you.
After the confirmed deadline, the old storefronts and dashboard will no longer be available. Email support@payin.bio if you need help saving your data.
What comes next
PayInBio is moving to custom websites built and managed for individual businesses. We bring our expertise in design, development and ongoing care. The monthly plan is ₹5,000, including basic hosting, within an agreed scope.
This is a separate, optional service. Your store will not transfer automatically and enquiring does not extend the old service’s deadline. Save your data whether or not you want a new website.
