We have retired the self-service storefront and dashboard service. There were not enough paying users to cover its running costs, and we could no longer fund it.
Help with your orders and data
The announced access deadline was 24 September 2026 at 11:59 pm IST. The old storefronts and dashboard are now closed.
- Replace any links to your old storefront.
- Complete outstanding orders and tell your customers how to contact you.
- For help with order records or store data, contact support.
Email support@payin.bio with your store address and the help you need. We will verify ownership before sharing private records. Closing the website does not resolve outstanding orders or refunds.
What comes next
PayInBio now builds and manages custom websites for individual businesses. Tell us what you need; we will agree the scope and quote the build and any ongoing care separately.
This is a separate, optional service. Stores do not transfer automatically. You do not need to buy a new website to ask for help with your old store.
