1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Payin.bio ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

payin.bio is a product operated by Typedream LLP. "We", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean Typedream LLP, and it is Typedream LLP that you contract with when you use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Payin.bio is a social commerce platform that enables creators and businesses to:

  • Create online storefronts
  • List and sell products
  • Process payments through integrated payment gateways
  • Manage orders and customers
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • Business accounts must have proper authorization

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons

4. Seller Terms

Permitted Use

Sellers may use the platform to:

  • Create and customize storefronts
  • List legitimate products and services
  • Process transactions with customers
  • Access analytics and reports

Prohibited Items

You may NOT sell:

  • Illegal items or services
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Adult content or services
  • Weapons or ammunition
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Items violating intellectual property rights
  • Financial services or money laundering
  • Any items prohibited by applicable laws

Seller Responsibilities

  • Ensure product descriptions are accurate
  • Honor all confirmed orders
  • Provide customer support for your products
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate licenses and permits
  • Handle returns and refunds per your policies

5. Payment Processing

Payment Partners

  • Payments are processed through Razorpay
  • You must comply with Razorpay's terms and policies
  • Additional payment methods may be available

Transaction Fees

  • We never charge a percentage of transaction value — our fee is flat
  • Your first 10 paid orders are free for the life of your store; after that, ₹10 per paid order, invoiced to you and never added to your buyer's bill
  • The fee attaches to the order, not to its outcome. A COD order is charged when it is placed; a return, a refusal or a refund you later issue does not reverse it. A prepaid checkout your buyer abandoned is never charged, because without a completed payment there is no order
  • Payment processing fees as per Razorpay
  • Fees are subject to change with notice

Settlement of Your Sales

  • You connect your own Razorpay account, and Razorpay settles your sales directly to the bank account registered on that account
  • We never hold, route, or take custody of your funds at any point, and we do not act as a payment aggregator
  • Settlement schedules, thresholds and any hold placed on funds are governed by your agreement with Razorpay, not by us
  • Tax obligations are your responsibility

6. Buyer Terms

Purchase Terms

  • Review product details before purchase
  • All sales are between you and the seller
  • We are not party to the transaction
  • Disputes should be resolved with the seller

Payment Authorization

  • You authorize payment for your purchases
  • You must use valid payment methods
  • Fraudulent transactions will be reported

7. Intellectual Property

Platform Content

  • All platform content is owned by Typedream LLP
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
  • Our trademarks and logos are protected

User Content

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us license to use your content on the platform
  • You warrant that your content doesn't infringe rights
  • We may remove content violating these terms

8. Privacy and Data

  • Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use
  • You consent to data processing as described
  • You must protect customer data appropriately
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws

9. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Scrape or harvest data
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Manipulate rankings or reviews
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

10. Disclaimers

Service Availability

  • Service provided "as is" and "as available"
  • No warranty of uninterrupted service
  • We may modify or discontinue features
  • Scheduled maintenance may occur

Transaction Disputes

  • We are not party to buyer-seller transactions
  • Not responsible for product quality or delivery
  • Disputes are between buyers and sellers
  • We may assist but not obligated to resolve

Limitation of Liability

  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months
  • Not responsible for third-party services
  • Force majeure events exempt us from liability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Typedream LLP from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any rights of another
  • Your products or services
  • Customer disputes or claims

12. Termination

By You

  • You may close your account at any time
  • Outstanding obligations remain
  • Some information may be retained

By Us

  • We may terminate for Terms violation
  • We may terminate for inactivity
  • Immediate termination for severe violations
  • Right to refuse service

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Arbitration

  • Disputes resolved through binding arbitration
  • Arbitration conducted in Bangalore, India
  • Each party bears own costs
  • Class action waiver applies

Exceptions

  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Small claims court eligible matters

14. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms
  • Notification via email or platform
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Review Terms periodically

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties.

Severability

If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce doesn't constitute waiver.

Assignment

We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.

17. Razorpay Integration
